Food & wine pairing workshops and Ventoux "Taste Vins" evenings
Yes you can mix learning with pleasure… in these two themed workshops taking place on 9 May, 12 June, 11 September and 8 October. If you are a cookery fan, then come and watch a chef from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts prepare a seasonal menu, which you can then enjoy paired with one of the wines.
If you are interested in all things wine, then come along and join a workshop being given by the Ventoux "Taste Vins" wine tasting club on 19 June and 21 August. A producer, an appellation or a grape variety will be explored, then you will discuss your impressions of the wines, paired with a culinary speciality from the wine region.
